The concept of S.O.S. Rescue Relief, Inc. and The Adopt-A-Pet Shop was born during multiple difficult rescue missions. From Hurricane Katrina to volunteering at day-to-day adoption events, it became clear to our founders that the actual “saving” part was much easier than the “where do they go now?” part of the equation.
S.O.S Rescue Relief has over 30 years of combined rescue experience therefore, we know and understand the needs of rescue organizations and the companion animals we love. We provide a full array of support services to our allied groups, potential adopters and our four-legged residents to ensure successful placement of healthy and happy pets.
Our cats would love to meet you! They can be met at The Adopt- A -Pet Shop during normal business hours, or by appointment. There are several ways you can make a tax deductible donation to S.O.S Rescue Relief . Monetary donations provide day-to-day as well as emergency medical care for all the four-legged (sometimes three-legged) homeless pets in our care as they wait for their forever homes.
