9/23/2017 · try a battery reset.ie. disconnect battery neg terminal and leave 10mins reconnect and retry lock and unlock then see if the smart key is regonized if not check the smart key battery specialy the contacts it may be the key is not been reconized but if it cranks but not start may be a engine management system or fuel delivery problem if it has asked to insert smart key the key battery is poss.
